Knowing all the features, possibilities and nuances of the aluminium composite material (Alucobond) – we make the visual Idea Real and Implementable.                                                                 
2. SOLUTIONS                                                                                                                                                          It’s natural that for the implementation of the ideas solutions are needed. We use original Facade systems developed by a German manufacturer (Alucobond). Our systems are Certified and manufactured basing on the load calculation (static) methods and a calculation program.                    
3. DESIGN

   Work Project for the inmplementation the solution.                                                                                      Project components:                                                                                                                                             – System selection;                                                                                                                                               – Static system calculations based on building’s data and designer’s given tasks;                                   – Construction‘s Technology Worksheets;                                                                                                         – Work drawings:                                                                                                                                                 a) Facades finishing layout plan, marking;                                                                                                     b) Facade framework and fixation layout plan;                                                                                             c) Facade installation nodes and details for converge of all connecting parts of the project.    

4. PRODUCTION                                                                                                                                              Preparation of the load-bearing frames profiles for installation;                                                                    Production drawings of the of facade finishing elements from aluminium composite panels;                Panels cutting and milling on CNC machine;                                                                                      Assembly of elements, gluing of embedded stiffness parts;                                                            Rolling> rolling of plates and cassettes, min R-200mm, for product length / width up to 4200mm; Perforation.

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY                                                                                                                                      We supply complete systems with all fastening elements;                                                                        We work with recognized manufacturers;                                                                                                      We carry out the measurements of the required in the object items ourselves;                                          We deliver our products properly packed for transportation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
6. MAINTENANCE AND CONSULTATIONS                                                                                                              No matter how good the Technical Supervisor is, the quality must be assessed and supervised by the Manufacturer itself, as only this way the proper installation of the products manufactured by him can be assured which will bring the Idea into Reality.
